The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to help. What worries me is that they were there for maany hours, day after day, which makes me wonder if they are paid enough/get enough rest time :S

Property was well located close to the train station and the Speicherstadt! We also had few bike stations. The room was nice and sufficient for our weekend trip. We had free tea and coffee in the nice spacious lobby which is also open in the evening for drinks.

Free tea and coffee in large reception/dining area 24 hrs a day. Great breakfast buffet. Plenty of coffee/drinks machines. Friendly breakfast staff. Room nice size. Cheerful decor. Sockets by bed great for charging phone at night. Easy to use good shower. On a good bus route..once we found the way.

Nice cool AC on hot days, well insulated window for both noise and temperature, comfortable bed, fun retro-futuristic aesthetic. Environmentally conscious by not cleaning and replacing bedding and towels every day, only every third day or when requested. Lots of options at breakfast.

It was bright, clean and the staff were helpful. It had a big bathroom and comfy bed. Loved the funky colorful decor. The breakfast was overpriced for what we would expect so only are there one morning.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hamburg Prize by Radisson. The hotel was excellent in every way, from the comfortable and well-appointed rooms to the delicious breakfast buffet. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by one of your staff members, Marvin. Marvin went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant and memorable experience. He was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly impressive. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Marvin for his exceptional service. It was trendy, colourful & had 24 hrs tea & coffee available on the house & snacks & drinks to buy. David at the front desk, a tall young lad was great in checking us in. The room is tight but nice & clean with window & bathroom is good. I loved the mirrors very funky. Location near Hbf, just a pleasant 15min walk.

The room has a nice design and comfy beds. The hotel is close to the public transport and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the city center

The hotel has a good self check in service and a good buffet breakfast. There's also a mini market open h24 inside the hall, which is super useful if you want to have a snack or have a necessity and don't know where to go. The rooms are fair in size, nicely decorated and with independent AC.

A colorful, cheerful ambience competes with the super-friendly staff. We immediately felt at home. It's very easy to get here within 13 minutes from the main train station. The windows prevent any outside noise and the hotel itself was also very quiet. A very tasty breakfast then ensured a good start to the day and we experienced Hamburg intensively.
